Deborah M. Moore is a Protocol Writer II for investigator-initiated clinical trials at Moffitt with a passion for oncology clinical trials and research. Deborah brings experience in oncology clinical trials, having actively managed IITs, cooperative group and industry trials as an Oncology Clinical Research Specialist. She earned her Master of Science in Biological Sciences, in addition to a Bachelor of Science double majoring in Microbiology and Cellular/Molecular biology. During undergraduate and graduate training, she was heavily involved in scientific research being awarded several competitive grants and fellowships. She earned her Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA), which demonstrates a high level of knowledge of accepted standards of knowledge, education, and experience in clinical research and trials. She is also President-elect 2024-2025 for the Florida Chapter of the American Medical Writing Association (AMWA).
